$500,000 - Buying large MC server

Hi,

Me and my partner, Daniel Wood, are looking to purchase a fairly large Minecraft server. Our budget can go up to $500,000 (USD), although I am fairly sure there aren't many server owners who has a server that large on McM.
Obviously if you're server makes $10,000 a month we won't be spending $500k on the purchase so please don't try to play smart with us - offer us a price and we will negotiate from there.

Requirements:
Makes at least ~$10,000/per month.
Isn't going 'down' - playerbase is steady or on rise, and the same with donations.
Community wouldn't mind a change of management too much.

We have no interest in deleting old servers, just adding new ones - of course resets on Factions etc. will be done as per usual but Creative worlds etc. would stay.

Sorry, but we have already found what setup we want, so don't want to discuss prices etc with people now. We may be interested in the future depending on how things go.

Thread locked, though i too think this is rather ridiculous, please allow them to do business how they see fit.
They have purchased a server/setup apparently, so no need for this.

PS. If you have that amount, dont spend it on a game.
