Description
Similar to Archon's BindIP system, when a player logs in for the first time they are given a menu or can type a command if they are on ConsoleClient etc. It will then lock their IP so players cannot account share during competitive maps.

Features
- Option to exempt/unexempt certain IPs/Players.
- Option to reset locked IPs.
- Special commands for ConsoleClients to accept since they can't click the menu.
- Option to view locked IPs, Some parts of the viewed IP are *'d out unless a special permission for Admins is given to see all of it instead of some of the IP being *'d out.

Agreed, even hub cores are being sold around the same price point.
