[$70] Need a UI.X based XenForo theme

Hi guys. My budget was $100 for a new website and i bought UI.X theme. Now i have $70 and need a front end developer. I want you to change UI.X theme depends on my requests. I have a draft drawing for theme in my mind. I will write detailed description to you.

I made XenForo, XenPorta and UI.X setups. So there is no setup or back end job.

Note: I'm in GMT+3 timezone. I prefer less time difference with designer. I couldn't contact people properly in America because of time difference.
