On my server a guy said he will donate, and then he did so we waited 5 min and the rank didn't come...

The guy said that he will give me proof that he donated:

He probaly inspected element what do you think guys?!

Do you not have terms and conditions indemnifying you from that sort of stuff?

Tell him to show the paypal payment receipt he got. if he doesnt have one, he didnt donate
