A little help?

Ok, so I was AFK, while having my test server open, with a bunch of plugins running, and out of no where, I see this in my console:

This is the first time this has appeared, and I was wondering if any of you guys have experienced or know what this is, It would mean a lot thanks. (I did not issue the /list command, but I'm more concerned on the "[17:58:44] [Thread-12/INFO]: Sender: #bot, User: #bot" part)

Nvm, found the source of the problem. Someone with a backdoor in a plugin. It has been sorted.
