I need a Partnering Dev for my server. If you do not know what partnering means it means you get paid with us. The BuyCraft/Enjin is your paycheck sorta say. I know donations will be slim at first but really I am not asking ya to create some monster plugin. I mostly want you to configure plugins and such. Maybe some GUI's here and there. Okay here are your "rewards" and some work you will be doing

-For the first month 50 percent of my profits (I am starting a server with Jeff)
-After that you pick a reasonable percent and we do that
-Server will ALWAYS be paid first no matter what condition. that means if we made 300 and the server costs 300 we do not get paid, but the server gets paid.
-You gotta do your job. Now I know don't worry I wont make you do some monstrous plugin. But maybe like fix up the crate key plugins, after a reset check on that. Stuff like that. You also need to make plugins but they will be factions plugins and small/medium stuff like that.

If you feel up to it PM me your skype and we will talk more about what exactly I need you to do.

I'm confused. Say I work for you, I get 50% of the donations. What about you and Jeff, you guys get 25% each for the first month?

$300 - Server
$350 - Me
$175 - You
$175 Jeff

"You gotta do your job" One simply isn't going to make a medium sized plugin hooking factions into it for free. I highly suggest getting a freelance developer rather then hiring one. Save up some money and get plugins you want. You don't want to throw in a bunch of cool plugins right away either, you won't have anything to update the server with. Furthermore if you don't have the money to hire a developer simply open your server, with some custom plugins, and wait till you get the money to get plugins to install as a update/something new etc.

I will say though, I would configure plugins for free. Configuring plugins shouldn't need a cost.

Thank you for giving an intelligent answer unlike some people in this thread. I know barely about how much devs should be paid so. Thank you for actually giving me an answer instead of just saying something about me and saying what needs to be fixed.
