Isn't this vanilla?

I don't know. I tried it on my server 50 times didn't work.
I know you can do it in creative but I couldn't find anything about it on survival. Basically its for HCF.

I know what you mean. It should work in survival. How else would you be able to win the game when playing survival alone?

Anyhow, you're making a HCF? Check out my staff management plugin @ http://www.mc-market.org/resources/1183/ . I suggest buying the one with scoreboard, but that's up to you.

Not working for me, unless essentials or some other plugin is disabling it. Which I doubt since it works in creative, just not survival.

Nvm, figured it out. I was just really unlucky and the first 70 times i tested this it didnt work. Just got deathbanned by my end portal. Thanks though!
