Experience: I own a huge network which is down atm due to finances. I code on it and do dam near everything myself. Of course I have staff that have their jobs but still some things I gotta do lol. I have also worked for several smaller servers in the past as admin or mod.
Why should we choose you: I have a lot of experience and I am on often as well as I am older and more mature then most, not all, and I know what I am doing.
