Add “Paid” prefix option on Recruitment & Staff forum

Let’s be honest, most of the people who go to that forum are looking for jobs that will pay you money especially at this time.
Most people would only click on threads that have the word “Paid” on it.

This can be used in the “Requesting” or “Offering” prefix (2 prefixes) if that makes sense.
it will also stop people asking “is this position paid?”

Actually, this could make it a bit more messy. I defiantly like it, its a good suggestion but I don't think we can have 2 prefixes at the same time. Since people would have to choose between requesting and paid.

Or it could be that people are offering paid positions, people often ask if it’s paid or not

People can only pick one tag so it would get confusing.

I'd just say paid is for people who are requesting.

We used to have a number of thread prefixes including paid but removed them because it was really bad for usability. Threads in that forum are always either requesting or offering services, and by clicking one of those prefixes it is easy to find only that content. If we added 'Paid', it would be full of people both offering and requesting services, which isn't useful.

If people keep asking you whether what you're offering is paid, put that info in your title.
