Hey MCM,

Just had an idea of possible ways Mick can make more money, and came up with this. Essentially would have a graph for each subtopic to show the volume of people that view that thread, lets just say every hour. I don't know how hard this is to implement, if its too hard I would get why this would be declined, but other then that theres no reason not to. Would be helpful for people as if they want to get better traffic, they have to pay for a rank to see what times are best to up there thread, and thus get more of a chance to have people see it.

I think its just general knowledge that can be asked around. Dedicating a whole perk and interface for it seems excessive to just find out information that is most likely not prone to changing over time or at all as a community. I don't doubt the idea of using it for better traffic on your posts though.

Instead of your suggestion above, I think Mick should;

In the next announcement post which 3 forums have the most user participation/views.

This might be an interesting stat, but it doesn't help improve traffic to posts, which was the point of the perk.

As I stated, if its going to take tons of work to make this happen I agree it doesn't need to be added. But as your last point says, being able to get more traffic to threads is valuable and is something I would pay for.

I don't think such statistics should be held behind a paywall. But then again, anything to fill Mick's pocket is desirable to him.

I mean ideally it would be free, I'm just saying it to be a perk so its more likely to be implemented.
