Add ID Verification feature for traders (10-30$ FEE IDC)

So other forums have ID-Verification traders which can verify themselves using real ID.

The steps would include submission of your legal document passport/ID,
A picture of you holding your MCM name with MCM below it and also your passport/ID
on your hand showing details.

This way MCM can actually do something about scammers if requested if they are ID verified like *the other forums* do.

This would be an option users can buy. NOT A REQUIREMENT

OPTION: COULD BE ONLY FOR 18+ users as there may be legal issues if people are under 18 idk

INCLUDED : ID-VERIFIED BADGE OVER SUPREME

We’re not like other forums though so you can’t consistantly argue that. Also, yes I will admit we should up our security. But I do not feel comfortable releasing personal informatiom to this website for the public view. It is unethical, it is redundant. Identity theft is a fingertip’s reach away if we do that.. by “increasing” our security, we are also making it more vulnerable for users. Mick will not do this to the community because it’ll screw his reputation up because something like that WILL happen.

But the purpose of this is that it creates barrier to entry. It makes scamming more difficult, not impossible. There isn't a way to completely prevent scamming, but you can make it more difficult to do

It literally doesn't make scamming more difficult at all, it won't be required so people can still scam..
And if it is made a requirement, there goes half of MCM's userbase.

Why not just make mcm a payment platform or a middleman service where MCM hold the funds lmao as they can fight chargebacks more greatly.

I'd just like to clarify this. MC-Market has never had a database leak, ever. The security of our users' personal information is ridiculously important to us, and unlike some other forums, we have a solid track record for protecting our users' data.

Despite this, I still don't think that this is a good idea. Realistically it isn't possible for us to verify our users due to issues such as fake IDs and even someone skilled with photoshop being able to make a fake ID look legitimate in a picture to us. If a scammer can pay $50 for a fake ID and then get an 'Identity Verified' badge, they are far more likely to be able to scam hundreds of dollars more because MC-Market has said that they're verified.
