Add Restrictions for Creating Middleman Threads

There needs to be a restriction preventing newer members from creating threads in the middleman section.

This is because lots of people have been creating threads there to troll, or "build up reputation" which defeats the purpose of using them as a middleman in the first place, since they're supposed to be reputable in order for people to trust them with their money.

I found these by skimming over the first 2 pages of the middleman section.

Adding a restriction would tidy up the middleman section a lot more, and would prevent other members from being tricked by them if they're malicious.

Yeah that'd be a great idea, though the requirements may have to be adjusted a little bit if they are more focused on the og section.

I re-looked through the requirements yesterday when I was thinking about it, and I think that in general they're pretty good requirements for the middlemanning forum. I might tweak one of the requirements slightly when we implement it in the next announcement, but we'll see.

I'll move this to pending for our next announcement, if anyone has any more feedback I'd love to hear it.

I agree completely. In fact I think you should pass a test on how to Middleman a deal correctly on top of what you believe should be required. This would not only keep the thread clean but show that if they are a Middleman then they have passed a test assuring they know what do to and how to handle the goods you trust them with.[DOUBLEPOST=1588866713][/DOUBLEPOST]

We made this change quite a few months ago, I just never got around to moving this thread to accepted.
