I'm not saying this is the best way but it's a common way I've seen people sell there signatures

Best way is to get a .org slot or buy a .org slot for certain hours at seek times.

Get a trailer or video done. Pay YouTubers to upload it or offer them a rank. You can also pay YouTubers to make episodes of the server.
.org slots are not very effective. All it attracts is cheaters.
