Advertising Thread Tags

In the advertising section put back the requesting and offering tags which are now missing and makes the forum section harder to navigate.

I’ve gone ahead and added Offering and Requesting prefixes to our new service forums, however, keep in mind that we will be rolling out a filtering system this month which will make the prefixes obsolete.

Indeed, we have added back the thread prefixes for the interim until we migrate to XF2 and introduce our new filtering system.
