my servers "should" be ready to be launched for around the 7th of January and I have been think about the advertising aspect of it, I was hoping to purchase some advertisement January 1st, I was thinking a budget of around 100$. If you can help out with that please let me know what you can offer for my budget,

You could do a give away, and as a requirement ask people to use your server's banner as signature giveaway 20 dollars. Do it every month, and you got yourself 5 months of adv.
