looking for some good advice on how I should structure my factions server. TLDR: I am making a faction server for a university that plans on competing against other universities.
1. How to make this balanced/competitive?
2. Should I do HCF or reg faction?
3. How do we keep scores of university teams?
4. Any map kit / economy suggestions
5. Any plug-in suggestions?

honestly any thoughts on how this could be made really well would be appreciated.
