I recently found a spigot thread, http://www.spigotmc.org/threads/list-youtubers-with-pricing.22242/. Although, I wouldn't recommend some of them, as some of the youtubers don't attract as of plauers you would think when you look at their subscriber base. (*cough* Deadlox).

It's a pretty outdated thread (almost 1 year)
