Airplanes plugin needed

Hello,
I will need someone to code me a plugin that lets players create a plane from blocks and lets them fly it. This needs to be done with blocks because i know there is a plugin out there which is similar but it uses boats. Please message me if you can do this.

Isn't that flans mod ? that is a mod for singleplayer, can't get mods for multiplayer

This would be a lot easier to code if you were to change the plane to a horse or a pig rather than a set of blocks.
