Who I am:
My name is Norbert/Lumno and I am the managing director of Alika Creations.

Who Alika Creations Is:
Alika Creations is a group of experienced builders. Alika's builders love building it is their passion when playing Minecraft. Most of us are not great pvp however we are great at building.

How long we have been up for:
Alika Creations is actually a new build team. We were formed two weeks ago by myself and my college Boshns . We are a new build team however we already had more than ten sales. You might be thinking: ten sales isn't much though? Yes, we totally understand it is not much however in one of these sales we were told to build not one but four faction spawns! Most of our orders are 100x100 orders as we are a cheap build team however we provide quality builds.

Your pay:
Each builder is paid for the order he took. In Alika Creations we set one builder per one order depending on the task/size of the build. If the build is 100x100/lower we will set only one builder for the task and the builder will be recieve %80 of the sale. The other %20 is used on developing Alika Creations. If the order is much bigger then we will get our builders to get in pairs and build the spawn in twos. If one builder builds more than the other builder he will be paid more. Example: If we had an $20 order and one builder built nearly everything and the other builder only built a house then the builder that built nearly everything will be paid $15 and the other builder will be paid $5. It all depends on the amount of effort you put in the build! You will also get paid through paypal.

Why would you want to join:
You would want to join our build team for many reasons. One of the reasons is that we have plenty of orders coming in everyday. Another reason is that you are a great builder however you simply don't get sales so you join us so you start getting some!​

I do not recommend dealing with this player, I was on his build team for the last three weeks and I was just ejected for the reason of not being "active enough", I had made builds on the server too which I was promised money in return for completion. I was given vague details on what he wanted, for instance he asked me too add pvp warrior statues to my build, apparently he now says he wanted signwriting, so I did not get payed for my work with him. Also, regardless of the fact that I'm in a different timezone, and that he has been reminded of this fact several times which he knew full well of at the time I was added into his build team, he still continued to message me at 3 in the morning to try to get me to answer him and accept jobs at that early time in the morning, which is how he justified the response that I'm not active enough. He has had little - no work, and the one job I was able to accept and complete was taken off me because he changed his mind about what he wanted done. He was given the option to pay the money he owed, or I would be taking it to a scam resolver on this forum. He tried to loop in circles constantly saying that he had done nothing wrong and that I had no idea what I was talking about. He also promised me jobs which he ended up leaving to the "first in best dressed" section.

On my first day, I said I would vouch his team in return for a vouch. I vouched that hour. I was not given a vouch, even after prompting three weeks later.

I have skype logs, and many screenshots to prove that this is not a player you will want any dealing with.

Let have on example. What he said he wanted, I had a confirmed deadline of 3 days, and the job while almost completed on the first day was taken away from me and given to someone else because he chose to change the deadline with no notice, and because I wasn't around at 3 in the morning, he gave the job to someone else.

- yep that looks like a great statue right. 10/10 looks like a pvp warrior statue... not.

- still reckons that those are statues.

So because of his lack of communication skills, I now spent 8 hours unpaid, now he has 2 free spawn/hub's to do what he wants with. I have been banned from the server, and wasn't offered my builds back. in return

Neither jobs I was payed for. One was an spawn to gain entry into the "exclusive professional build team" the other was a payed job, which I explained I got nothing for in the end.

He is a difficult person to deal with, anyone who has been pleaded to remove this tarnish on their reputation I want to talk to you first. This situation will also be reported to the scam resolving staff.

If you want more proof I have it by the bucket load. I do not recommend you deal with this player or his build team Alika because the head of the team is not a nice player. Go join a build team where you will be dealt with nicely and not ejected randomly and your builds stolen with nothing in pocket.

Alright, well. Where do I start?
You've only built one thing for my build team. You built a so known " hub " which you didn't build to the order. The client said he wanted " statues " he wanted signs where it said " Factions, prison etc. " Yes, I do admit that the hub that I showed you didn't have pvp soldiers however the client said it's fine. However, you didn't even add the pvp soldiers! Based on the information I gave you, you didn't follow it. I even deleted both of the builds that you built infront of you.
The reason I didn't pay you is that you didn't even finish the build to our build team standard. You didn't follow the details you have gotten. When you join the build team I told you how you get paid. You get paid after the comission is complete . I also do not pay my builders until the client has seen the build and the client said he is satisifed and he/she does not want any changes. The reason why I moved you away from this order is that you didn't even start the order when I came back from school. Yes, I understand that you had a three day deadline however. You didn't even start that is ridiculous. I messaged you seven hours later asking you about the hub however you didn't even start. Usually my builders start straight away after the order came in to finish before the deadline.

I didn't scam you. You didn't complete the order correctly and to the standard. Even if you did (you did not) I would of had to get the client to see if he likes the hub and if any changes need to get the client and ask him if any changes need to be done then you would of been paid.
The thing I do not understand is why are you talking about this to me now? One week after all this happend. Why didn't you speak to me on that day?
However, I appricate your suggestion not recommending to work for me. However, you're the only builder I didn't have communication with. I spoke to all my other builders every single day either in the build team chat or private message. You didn't even speak in the team chat! Your builds weren't stolen as I deleted them infront of you! One of my other builders is from AU and I speak to him everyday he is very active unlike you. You can ask all my other builders how it is to work for me. I can assure you that they will say it's nice as it is. This person here is simply " lieing " saying it is not a pleasure working with me as he simply angry that I kicked him out of the build team for being inactive.

You can n recommend not working for me HOWEVER. You cannot say anything about not purchasing our builds as we have quality builders. We also have many satisfied clients including VirtualGladiators and networks like ParaPvP. You can also not say we are scammers as we've never scammed anyone before and I can get all our clients to comment on this post to back us up if you would like. As all of our clients said they are satisfied with the builds we built for them.

Deleted User 24095 Hey man, sorry for what happened, but you where never even active in the skype group. Being manager of a build team is a very hard thing to do, like what do you say to the builder if the customer scammed us and didn't wanna pay the full price, what do you say to the builder if he got the order wrong and the customer is not happy with it. well let's just let you guys sort this out. But... this is highly unprofessional in my opinion

You're the wrong one to say that, you recently tried to sell a "Island Koth" here on mcm, later someone exposed you and said that he built it and had proof, then you changed the title, pictures etc. to a "City Koth" so his proof looked invalid. You also tried to resell someones elses spawn to LuckyCharms (Admin of the ParaNetwork). I honestly don't know why you arent banned yet.

TimeToGo Trust me, our current team seems to be very happy with us. Let me tell you something about working with me & Lumno.
First of all, we take our team very seriously, if we see anyone going inactive, we will most probably demote him right away. But heres something good about our team, our members never have to worry about talking to customers, we negotiate the best prices for them, they never have to worry about anything except taking orders. Deleted User 24095 Now, I know we said that we take 10%-20% of the pay, but that's not really true. Let's say someone orders a build for 33$, we would probably just take those 3 dollars and you can have the rest for yourself. However we cannot pay you if the customer didn't pay for it, we do not take responsibility for this. So that doesn't happen again we now make everyone pay 50% first.
