Allow purchasing of premium and supreme

Currently, you can't purchased premium or supreme from the account upgrades. I suggest that you enable that feature so MC-Market users can purchases these ranks.

Useless? I helped people who needed to get premium and supreme. I also boosted the income of MC-Market.
