Allow Users to Sell VCC/Prepaid Cards

Literally no reason not to allow it, what If i need to buy something online but don't have a credit card, I would need to buy a prepaid one.

VBAs are illegal, they're literally hacked bank accounts of others with limited access.

The method i use isnt hacked bank account, and accounts are made from scratch, thanks for your input.

That may be true for yourself, however not everyone. If mc-market were to allow the sale of VBAs, there may be a mix of people whom get them legally and illegally. The risk is still there, as no doubt will at least one person sell them illegally. Better safe than sorry.

These cards can be charged back any time, even if prepaid and will lock down any account associated with it. My Amazon account is permanently locked because of it and I could no longer access the card through the website for obvious reasons, on top of that when I used it I had to go through weeks of contacting Amazon because they froze the order, because I had to prove that the card was actually mine.

However, this was with a ban evader and obviously trying to double his money. If this is allowed there should be qualifications to selling these, because they're so easy to scam with... Other words a sub forum, perhaps...

I would love to see this able to be sold again as I have tried selling them in the past- with no luck as my threads were deleted with no reasoning behind the deletions.

I do agree that there should be requirements, such as there are with Investments and loans, for example.

The only reason people buy and sell VCCs that I know if is for purposes which are not legitimate, so I see no reason to allow their sale on MC-Market. I know that people use it to verify their PayPal which is against their terms and not allowed.
