Animated Signature

Hey! I'm looking for an animated signature right now. My budget is around $20.

Details:

So first, I would like a "hell-themed" background, like.. with devils and demons. However, I also want a Lion as well

Then for each animation, I want the Lion to like... eat or attack. Although, for the first animation, I just want it to run across the signature.

So after the Lion has ran across the signature, I want the text "앤디 판" to come up.

Then, the Lion will eat or attack the "앤디 판" and then the text "PvP Tutor" comes up.

After that, the Lion once again eats or attack the "PvP TUtor" and then the text "Owner of ImmortalsPvP" comes up.

Next, I want the Lion to eat or attack the "Owner of ImmortalsPvP" and then the text "앤디#4247" comes up.

Note: I kind of want the words to look like meat or food because Lions eat meat...”

Ah, I see. What details would you get rid of to make it $20 worth?

Like the entire part with the lion basically. That kind of thing would either need to be hand drawn or have someone with large amounts of character animation knowledge to do properly

Ah, I see. What if you remove that part, and just make the words like demons/devils because of the "hell-themed" background? Would that cost around $20?
