Anime Avatar of a Character

Hey, was just curious how much it would cost for someone to make me an avatar (preferably high resolution) based off of an anime character, standing back to back with an anime of me, or alone depending on the price. Could anyone do this for me? I have plenty of pictures for you to work on and stuff.
