I think it would be a good idea to have a second scam resolver, People are constantly waiting days at a time just to hear back from M6. Mind you we are all people too, This is real money people are being scammed for and to have to rely on one person to get back to us is too much for that person. I highly suggest bringing in a second scam resolver to help M6 since he seems to have inactivity issues.

I've not discussed this with M6Gaming, but from what I have seen the reasons for scam reports being deleted is primarily that there is insufficient evidence or the thread creator was inactive. M6Gaming may be able to provide more insight into reasoning though.
How are you okay with some scam reports being deleted without reason being given to the user that opened it? M6 should keep it open, and tell the user to upload sufficient proof before it being moderated, if that really is the case.

Stop covering up for M6's incompetence in this matter. You're only making yourself look more and more foolish by the day.

Why would M6 choose when he wants to keep a thread up or remove it? He’s always kept it public regardless if the OP aid inactive. In fact, he always writes, “OP inactive, report closed”

He’s recently been deleting threads where people are banned. Why is he suddenly doing that? When notorious had several scam reports on him, M6 accepted the threads and said, “user banned, report closed”

I think M6 is only deleting certain ones because it’s too much for him. That’s why another scam resolver is needed.

He did this back in Dec. too when scam reports were slow.
I'm sure he'll be able to provide his reasoning once he's online :)

There have been several suggestions made about this and it is definitely a possibility for us to look into adding in new scam resolvers in the future, however it is not a realistic solution to the problem we are having at the moment. Scam reports will be all caught up very soon and when they are I'm sure that no one will have a problem with M6 once they all caught up. M6 is fantastic at what he does and over the past 2 years this is the first time he's been unable to handle it.

Give it a week to all be caught up, then if we still believe a second scam resolver is necessary I will look into it further.

You're incredibly toxic and childish. Not everything revolves around you and disrespecting M6 like this because he hasn't handled a scam report is horrible. You should feel ashamed of yourself.

He could have a wedding. He could be on vacation. He could be doing something important in life. He doesn’t spend his life sitting by his desk.

He hasn't been accepting any new reports for over a month now, and yeah he shouldn't be replaced, but he should at least let Mick get another scam resolver

What the fuck you can kindly leave? If they cant manage to work on their own scam resolutions then they simply are as autistic as you. If one or the other scam resolver takes on a scam report there is no need for the other resolver to take any action on that report. Get the fuck off my thread.

You can't call people autistic after posting a suggestion, everyone is able to have an opinion of their own. You're just being immature.

As for deleting the scam reports, I believe he provided reason with the deletion, at least in my case he did. It was something along the lines of request to repost the scam report if it's still valid and that he'll approve it immediately as enough proof was provided. I believe he did it to sort through all the old scam reports instead of having to reply to all of them which may not be valid anymore.

I've been in and out of the month of Mid-January to Mid-February due to personal matters. I've served as a Scam Resolver for a bit over 2 years now, and haven't had any such delay that we've ever faced during that period since. I've apologized to most for their delay (if you didn't hear back from me already, here you go!) and I'm all caught up with the queue as of now. Response/approval times should be returning to the default 48 hours.

Covering your other arguments/concerns:
Okay yeah then thats fucked up. M6 should not have the entire say over him being the only scam resolver, as said we are all people too. For him to think he can handle all of the scam reports accordingly by himself is semi autistic.
I don't think it's quite appropriate of you to call others "autistic". I'm aware you did this to another member too and they were simply expressing their opinion, you should take in everyone's views - no matter if they disagree with you. Seeing I've kept the queue down for precisely 23 months, I know what I'm capable of.

Why have some scam reports been deleted?
Here's a list of the issues I was encountering: Insufficient evidence, Inactive thread creator, Private Information being displayed (Ex: PayPal screenshot showing address), Duplicate threads, and Troll threads.

If you've utilized the system before, you would know I'll ask for you to provide additional items or censor any private information or I'll even edit your thread to fix any complications. Then I'll approve it. This takes time, and time was one thing we didn't have during this period.

Over the next couple of weeks, I'll be composing a list of modules to be upgraded in the section. An update to the scam report form is one thing I've had in mind for a while now, which will help prevent a couple of the issues I mentioned earlier. Along with changes that will make any user's accessibility more comprehensive and make my job more easier. Another scam resolver though, simply isn't needed at this time.

If you guys went inactive in your "companies" for a few weeks, you wouldn't want your clients and staff spamming "get a new Owner ffs!, this one is autistic because he took a break".

M6 has done an extremely good job over two years, little to say he's probably dealt with your scam reports to make sure you're safe on this site. If M6 needed a break he can take one, simple.

On top of that, I believe he does or used to do this as a volunteer. Not sure if he gets paid now, but he definitely should if he doesn't. Regardless, he works super hard and people are just dicks sometimes.

I made a scam report on Feb 3 and so far I haven't gotten one simple step further to get my problem solved. Let's delete people scam reports, that will solve the issues, right? No! I'm talking about a $310 chargeback that I'm about to lose because of this, let alone anyone else that is literally losing their irl money. Stop making excuses, if M6 wants to do it alone, fine by me but then he also should take full responsibility about delays and not take the easy way and delete the reports instead.

You loosing the case isn’t his fault? You should have fought the case better. All M6 could do is threaten with a ban on site or try persuade him to cancel it.

My report on someone who has scammed at least 3 people was also deleted, although I had proper evidence and I was still active. It never got a response... It was simply deleted

The only way I would see this working would be if M6 and this "new" scam resolver are on the exact same page 24/7 as having two different people settling scam resolves can lead to misconception and bias opinions.
Therefore, I agree to disagree.
lol? m6 and the other new one choose a scam report to resolve and the other cant get in / decline or try to resolve it
