So here at Anvilnode, we're often asked for help with plugins or if we know anyone who can help set them up. Normally we just forward them to MC-Market and call it done--we'd like to streamline that a bit and send them straight to a page with active setup specialists that can be contacted easily.

As I said in skype, everyone has an opinion. You asked me a question, about a specific plugin that I've never played around with. I've been owner for quite a while, and I've used lots and lots of plugins. I've helped a lot of AnvilNode customers that were looking for help, and I haven't heard a bad comment about me. When I have a job to do, I take my time to study the plugins I need for my ideas, so everything can turn up great at the end.

Eh, you can't expect anyone to know every single plugin. I think all he was saying is he's never used that particular plugin before but would be willing to dig around and try to help figure it out for you.

I can most definitely vouch for him. He knows his stuff and gets it done quickly. And like he mentioned, of all the live chats we've taken, I've never heard anything but good things about Ruler.
