I drive a mercedes c300 coupe. I love it. It's fast and sporty. However, its like 14k over your price range. I recommend looking into a used BMW 4 series. They're fast, sporty, and they don't look dated.

I would suggest the chevrolet malibu, the latest model price starts around 21k. My cousins owns a malibu and works part-time as a taxi driver. It has good mileage and gets the job done.

Any left over money you get can be saved in case of any accidents, insurance, or just save it.
