Any good PC Optimizer?

So I was wondering if anyone knew of an actual working PC Optimizer, One that actually works great and helps speed up a computer that also doesnt delete system files by accident.

With a great disk defragmentation software would be good aswell.

I already know about CCleaner.

Just reformat your HDD or get an SSD if you want to see a boost in performance.

SSD doesn't boost performance, just read and write speeds.
AKA reduced loading and saving times.

If you actually want improved performance, you will need a better CPU or GPU, depending what you're doing.
If you want to be able to do more at once (like have 100 tabs open your Internet Explorer), then get more RAM.

Yea I know but I thought he was looking for a program and was talking about deleting files. So that's why I mentioned getting an SSD.
