Any servers with a CONSISTENT 15-player-ish playerbase out there?

My friend an I are going to chip in about $450-500 for a server that constantly has around 15 players on it.

We're not taking any lowballs. We want full rights to the server, so we can edit it and such at free will.

I want proof of profitability, and my offers will vary based on the gametype.
