Appeal section when banned

So I was recently banned but I couldn't do anything about it there was no way to contact staff, I had to go and make a fake account and connect to a phone hot spot (They use blocked script for VPNs) to gain access to the website, I was able to contact the staff and I my appeal was successful . So I was hoping that there could be an appeal section where people can send in proof of why they shouldn't be banned, and if you need someone too read them I will :>

We don't have time to deal with people claiming they never scammed, I already get enough private messages about it from their friends.
