I'd always suggest charging on an hourly basis with whatever amount you are comfortable receiving but if you wish to build a portfolio, you're unsure of how long it'll take or demand is lower than required then you should try to adjust your price as you go. So perhaps charge less until you feel like you have enough examples or enough commissions to then raise your price.
Currently I'd probably say $20-40 would be a suitable amount just based on what I've seen others charge, I think my starting logos were of similar quality and I charged around $20 until I had a portfolio and then I upped it to $20-50 and kept increasing it as demand grew.
