I 100% guarantee it that he took mineplex's source code - their plugins got leaked on the internet, and made his own.
I don't like that.. A few are from his ideas I guess.. but all the concept is from mineplex.

+ all the maps are from mineplex except the spawn, the game waiting lobby has been downloaded from their forums.
