Are these specs good for a hosting company dedicated server ?

Hi,
Going through the process of pricing things up and planning/developing my hosting company. I found a great deal on hosting but needed to know if the CPU is any good. I plan to be running about 10 servers max on this:
Dual Intel Xeon L5630 / E5630

What do you think ?

Both of these are enough to run 10 servers on, but don't expect to be playing SICK games on 'em.
