If you can answer yes to any of the following you may be in need of a server manager.

Your server is generating money, $1000+ each month, however:
  1. I am getting bored of Minecraft
  2. My server is taking up to much of my time
  3. I'm trying to sell my server, however nobody is offering me anything close to what my server is worth
Have you ever considered allowing someone to manage your server and you wouldn't have to do anything other than collect your money?

It would allow you to continue benefiting from your current server and give you the time you need to do other things.

I'm offering this service for 15% of your donations paid weekly. I'm 38 years old and there's almost nothing I can't do when it comes to setting up and maintaining servers.

I would keep all your plugins updated, I would act as community manager and keep your community engaged.

I would be willing to sign any contract that say's I will not steal your plugins/configs and if so you could prosecute me.

I would also work on a search engine optimization plan that would help bring additional new players to your website from search engines like Google and Bing.

It would be in my best interest to help you increase your profits in order to make my 15% cut worth more.

Requirements for consideration:
  • Your server must be generating $1000 or more each month with proof
  • An active player base (there's no specific number for this, active means you have players coming on daily on their own and they continue to donate)
  • Server has been online greater than 90 day's
    • Open minded and willing to consider and follow through with suggestions
    • It would be in my best interest to help your server grow and generate more funds, I will make suggestions that may include website changes and some server changes for the better (keep in mind they would only be suggestions and I wouldn't drop you just because you didn't implement a suggestion I made)
  • Willing to add me to Buycraft or enjin, so I can help monitor sales. BuyCraft/Enjin allows you to add users without giving them access to any of your financial information, I would only need viewing rights on purchases and reports.
  • Payout through paypal at 15% of donations each Friday based on the previous weeks earnings. (my payouts would be a week behind)
I'm not looking for 100's of servers to manage, I'm looking for a few good servers that want to grow and build their community.
