Armor Kit Plugin

I'm looking for a plugin that when wearing a full set of armor, you get a special effect.
Iron Armor =
- Haste 2
Leather Armor =
- Speed 2
Gold Armor =
- Click Sugar for speed II for 15 seconds
- Click Blaze powder for Strength I for 15 seconds
- Click Magma cream for Fire Res I for 15 seconds
