Would you be interested in working on a service team that's not only not on Discord but also a part of a hosting companies website. Assuming we make it worth it for you in we only take around %5 of your commissions and we provide a big cliental for you. Would you work there as your primary go-to service team? Or even at all?

IF YES, would you create work to post on our marketplace there? Yes, we would take a cut of the sales but a very little amount. Would you also sign up for SMS notifications when a client picks you as their freelancer? This would be no different than having your Discord mobile notifications on. Of course, this would be optional for our freelancers.

The way we handle money would be on our virtual coin system. Clients will have to buy coins
(or whatever we call it) to purchase your premade products in the marketplace and pay you. Then you can withdraw coins to Paypal. (We might just scrap this whole idea too, who knows).

Our marketplace would be exclusive for premade products yes. Our service team would be for custom orders only.

Our goal is to make a website where you never have to leave it in order to make the perfect Minecraft server. Me being a server owner, I usually go to countless sites to get everything I need. With us, you won't have to. It will be so easy for server owners to find what they need on our site, I believe they won't want to come here or to spigot anymore.

For you freelancers, it's all in one place. Custom-made tickets and a marketplace to post to. It all goes to one wallet (our coin system) and we even give out free test servers to our freelancers for their plugins, builds, or whatever it may be!

Hosting company's website* unless you speaking of multiple, which would then be hosting companies websites.

Edit: I also would ditch the credits system. It usually works out very poorly and can result in you receiving and disputes from the client rather than the freelancer, which would result in them automatically winning the dispute 90% of the time (based on past experiences of some friends).
