Auto Land Regeneration plugin.

Hey guys I need a custom plugin for my new server. I need the plugin to basically heal and regen any land that has not been touched by a player in a long time. I also need it to bypass towny and worldguard regions.

How will it regen land? It will regenerate the land by pulling a chunk that hasnt been touched in say 1 week from a previous world save in the server files that is the same world but before players have been on it. It will then implement that chunk inplace of the one that hasn't been touched by players in a while. The only exception to this is if the chunk or part of the chunk is claimed with worldguard or towny.

I will be paying but a reasonable amount as this is (What I would consider) a small plugin.
