Automatically Watch Paid Resources

I'll keep it short,

I believe that when you purchase a premium resource, you should automatically be alerted (in the top right corner, where you get all alerts) when it is updated.

Not in my experience. A resource I purchased recently got updated this morning, and I did not get a notification.

Make sure "Adds an update to a watched resource" is checked.
Also make sure that you haven’t unwatched the resource in question.
You automatically watch resources that you have downloaded.
