AutoRank plugin.

I need an Autorank plugin with about 15 Requirements, My max budget is 20$ Low I know, The only other thing I can offer is an Equity of my server's donations for a time period we can discuss the amount.

Choice #1 someone would make the plugin for me for the 20$ and recieve about 1-2% equity from all server donations, For a time period we agree on beforehand.

Choice #2 Someone code's the plugin for me and doesn't take the 20$ but receives 5-10% Equity from any and all server donations.

I was having one made because there is a public one I could not get to work because of a mysql problem, My brother has fixed it for me so I won't need one made unless I need more features.
