Since your new to the community, a vouch copy helps you get noticed. If reputable members vouch for your services, you will likely get more business. In this case, you would make a build and if everything goes smooth, I vouch for the thread.

Yes, a vouch copy is usually free of charge. 90% of the people offer vouch copy's when they first start up there shop. A vouch copy is used to show future customers that your legit and they won't get scammed.
