Backup Server

I'm looking for a backup server to store backups for all my other machines. I need it similar to the following specifications:

CPU: 2 Core processor is fine
RAM: 2-4GB
Storage: 1-2TB HDD
Location: Doesn't matter, preferably North America

If anyone can offer this or know of a host that can, please recommend.
