Ban all Rainbow/Seizures profile pictures

With the ability to set gifs as your profile pictures I am fine if you have a Unicorn licking your screen, but it's really annoying when it's over the top seizures gifs. I don't know about you, but it hurts my eyes to see all those colors so fast. If we can put a ban on them that'd be great.

Its funny because i mentioned this in the chatbox. I saw like 4 people with some faggot ass epileptic profile picture and asked why.. just why.. All i got in response was some retard claiming that mine is a loading screen. Im sorry, didnt know all moving circles = loading screens. All i need to say is +1.

Aahah no, nothing personally against you. it was more directed to the idiots i spoke to that night in chat. Yours isnt THAT bad, but its still under the category of epileptic. The guys i am talking about had every color in the fucking rainbow in their picture flashing.
