Ban the striked names and use of special format in names.

I've recently seen people changing their name to: k̶j̶h̶1̶6̶ ̶[̶✩̶] or
pǝɹǝʇʇɐɥS maybe even
N̶i̶c̶ that have such names.
Well, this is honestly frustrating for me because you can't tag them unless if you go to another post they've made and copy their name, or if you know how to type that which I don't. It's also kind of annoying and makes it look like a 9 year old website imo, simply by having color names I think that should be the full package.

I will be discussing this with Mick, but at the moment I think we will be banning this. It makes the forum a bit messy enough, especially with the little symbol(s) people use (we're not banning this, only the strike), but this will be marked as:
PENDING[DOUBLEPOST=1449822651,1449788250][/DOUBLEPOST]We will be disabling strike names and allow the following letters/symbols:
