I guarantee that's not the case with staff, noones homophobic. Just because you're gay and some people dislike you doesn't mean that there homophobic.

The first should obviously be altered, although some people should lighten up sometimes cx
As for the second, it's completely acceptable. One wouldn't be warned if they said "I'm heterosexual." Would they?

yeah but if someone's just describing something, like a video for instance, and says "this is g**" it gets deleted for homophobia lol

People don't seem to understand that staff aren't robots, we know when people are trolling and being sarcastic (most of the time).
