Bard & Archer Item Effects

Hey guys I need a plugin that checks if a player is wearing gold or leather armor and if they are it allows them to click or scroll on certain items in their hotbar to give their whole faction the effects they get. For the leather class, they can only click or scroll on sugar or feathers. The sugar gives them speed 4 (for the archer only), and the feather gives them jump boost 2. The bard has blaze powder, sugar, feathers, iron and ghast tears. The blaze powder gives strength II to the whole faction (hooking into drtshock's faction plugin), the sugar gives speed 3 to the whole faction, feathers give jump boost 2 to the whole faction, iron gives resistance 2 to the whole faction, ghast tears give regen 2 to the whole faction and magma cream gives fire res 2 to the whole faction. If the item is scrolled on it gives 3 seconds of the potion effect. If it is clicked, it gives 10 seconds of the effect and there is a 10 seconds cooldown. I would make this myself but I am not very good at hooking into other plugins and registering events. My budget for this is $15 (negotiablle). Thanks for reading this!

Plugin costed me 50 but for all the armor

Didn't you say you were a coder yourself? If so why are you asking for this plugin to be made? Doesn't make sense.

I am not very good at hooking into other plugins since I use the Bukkit 1.7.9 methods and I have drtshock's 1.7.10 plugin. I would have to change ALL my methods for them to match and hook into that plugin.

Loop through the online members of the faction when you click that item, giving them the potion effect. Decompile drt's and look at some events that would loop through it so you know how to access it.
