Best site to start learning to code

Hello. I started to learn how to write code on http://codecademy.com but then I gave up due to not having a lot of time for it. All I remember is really basic html. What is the best site to start learning again?

I used CodeAcademy for Pyton & PHP. It is best to use sites like that if you do not want to read books. They typically have great communities, or you could use the StackExchange community. Both are pretty great![DOUBLEPOST=1423886076,1423886033][/DOUBLEPOST]

I think w3schools is nice, but codeacademy tends to teach you the syntax and nothing else.

Udacity is the best imo if you are willing to pay for some things. That is like literal hands on, almost like being in a classroom. However, like I said, some cost money.

iOS apps are developed in objective C, in xCode, which require a Mac OS.

You should probably figure out the name of the language you would like to learn before actually trying to learn it

Depends what you consider 'online.' Java networking based multiplayer games aren't too hard.

Unless you are edgy like me and use swift.
If you want to learn iOS development, apple makes great e-books. I personally am a fan of textbooks over websites, especially because websites are super tempting just to skip ahead on.
