Best way to get new players?

So my server is gonna be opening soon. What would be a good way to get players on? As in, do I hire Youtubers/Twich Streamers, Or advertise on some server list? (Explain which ones.) Because I don't want to make a server then have no one play on it. So if someone could help me, that would be great.

Depends on your budget, but if your looking to make profit, Youtubers.
NEVER hire a twitch streamer, all the players leave when the streamer does.
As for .org slots which is paying per hour for a top slot on minecraft server list, they are expensive but get you loads of players, but little donations.
