.org just brings a bunch of server owners in my experience. Go for YouTubers.

And hope you don't get beat up... Jk. Anyways, if you're going to minecon, a good way to advertise might be to talk to the Minecraft community that's there and bring up that you have a server. I'd do it if I was going, but I simply do not have the funds to take a trip like that.

Make 20k+ flyers, bring them to minecon and just fucking leave them everywhere XD. If someone takes a picture with a YouTuber your server will be somewhere in the picture.
