Bitcoin Assistance

I purchased Bitcoin from coinbase and received it fine, everything went well, at least so I thought, and then I went to send the money to Zatify's Bustabit. It sent smoothly, but for the last hour or two it has had the label of "pending". I click it and it brings me to his wallet history or whatever, but my transaction is not listed in the history. I asked a few people and some have said not to worry and it will send, while he said last time it sent within 5-10 minutes and all went fine. I was wondering if there's anything I can do or if anyone has ever experienced this.
