BlockadeMc In need of Builders

About the server :

BlockadeMc is a Factions/Rpg server with tons of awesome and unique features with tons more to come as the server progresses. We have a unique class system that will change PVP on the server entirely, we have towns in which people can go to complete quests or sell things. We also are working on a dungeon system in which players can walk around the world and find wormholes to dungeons these will teleport you to the entrance of the dungeons where you can battle mobs, players, loot chest, solve puzzles, and fight boss mobs. We currently have tons more ideas planned such as pets you can tame and train to use in battles, you can forge your own items for a chance to receive special enchantments on them and much more to come. But for all of this to be possible we will need builders to help us add more towns for people to explore, more dungeons, and more events. Below will list what we would be asking of you.

What we are in need of :

So we currently are in need of quite a few things. We are in need of 3 medieval towns and 5 dungeons to be made and more things to come. Keep in mind we are looking for some pretty good builders.

What we have to give you :

Ok, so this is the part that will probably turn people away is our money situation. We currently are running on quite a tight budget since we have so many plugins being created and graphics. Right now we will be giving all builders all donor perms and any other cosmetic things of their choice. Also once the server starts up and we receive funds we will be paying all builders $50 each. Keep in mind these are long term positions. So once the server keeps developing we will be paying builders $30 each for each build.
