Blocked by CloudFlare?

I keep on getting this message. Am I being blocked by Cloudflare?

Yea I'd be nice if the site wasn't on "I'm Under Attack" mode 24/7... really annoying.

I've gotten this a lot before too and Administrator always said it was just me

Are VPNs allowed to be used Administrator?
I could always hop onto a VPN or browse from using an RDP if that was okay?

He just has the Cloudflare on super lock down because of DDoS attacks. So, it wouldn't really be any change.

Well I can post responses to threads for some reason and also post threads.
I wasn't able to post my "suggestions" threads with full content.
This leads me to believe that Cloudflare might be possibly blocking me due to specific keywords I was using.

I could post part of the thread, but not the rest.

Just saying, we've offed plenty of notable attacks (several tens of Gbps is a frequent occurrence) without ever needing to go into "Under Attack" mode or having downtime...
